Pilot terms · August 2026
Permitted use
ReviewMuse may be used to request feedback from genuine customers and help those customers draft, edit and post reviews describing their own experiences.
Prohibited use
- Creating reviews for people who did not have the experience described.
- Paying, rewarding or pressuring customers specifically for positive sentiment.
- Using rating-based routing to prevent dissatisfied customers from reaching a public review destination.
- Submitting review content on behalf of a customer without their knowledge and approval.
- Using ReviewMuse to impersonate another person or business.
Business responsibility
The business is responsible for the review requests it sends, the customer lists it uses and its compliance with the terms and policies of Google or any other review platform it links to.
AI-generated drafts
AI output can be imperfect. ReviewMuse is designed so the customer can inspect and change the draft before continuing. The customer remains responsible for the content they choose to submit.
Pilot availability
The pilot service may change as features, infrastructure and policies are refined. We may limit access, pause a feature or remove an account that is being used in a way that undermines genuine customer feedback or the security of the service.
Accounts and security
Business users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and notifying ReviewMuse if they believe an account has been compromised.
Commercial terms
The founding pilot is an evaluation phase. Paid plans, usage limits and billing terms will be presented separately before a business is charged.
These pilot terms are product-operating terms, not a substitute for a final lawyer-reviewed commercial agreement. Formal customer terms will be reviewed before broad paid launch.
