Know who still needs a gentle reminder
Each request can be tracked independently. The owner decides whether reminders stay manual or run automatically, and which unfinished states qualify.
The customer gets a normal friendly reminder. ReviewMuse does not tell them that open/click/progress activity was observed.

Why “Continued to Google”? Google does not provide ReviewMuse with a dependable confirmation of the final Post click. ReviewMuse therefore suppresses reminders at the handoff without claiming that the review was definitely posted.
Manage the context customers can confirm
Owners can manage technicians or team members and define service types with different experience prompts. Deactivated names stay out of new customer flows without deleting historical attribution.
QR, bulk import, campaign tracking and contact protection
Generate a general QR or a technician/service/campaign QR. Visits are tagged automatically so the owner can compare sources.
Import up to 500 customer jobs from CSV with customer, service, technician, date, source and campaign fields.
Nothing is uploaded or saved in this public demo.ReviewMuse checks email or phone before creating another request for the same customer.
Turn review journeys into useful operational signals
Privacy approach: these analytics can be built from workflow events, selected themes, service and technician attribution without exposing a customer’s private draft to the business dashboard.
Draft thoughtful replies to genuine customer reviews

Visibility without taking control away from the customer.
ReviewMuse shows the business whether its request process is working, where people stop, and who may need a gentle follow-up. The customer still controls every word and submits their own review.
See individual progress without reading or storing the customer’s private review draft as a marketing asset.
Choose which stalled states qualify for reminders and when those reminders should happen.
Measure opens, starts, completed drafts and Google handoffs instead of guessing whether requests work.
